Finnemore was invited by The Hepworth’s learning team to develop a collaborative play sculpture with Year 6 pupils from Sandal Castle Primary School. The project unfolded across a series of workshops in printmaking, sculpture and collage, with ideas tested, refined and shaped through hands-on exploration and the children’s creativity and intuition..

The sculpture was launched at The Hepworth Wakefield for National Play Day, before touring to the Portobello Soul Festival in Wakefield.
